It was sooooooo good to talk to you on Christmas! I hope that you had a wonderful Christmas! I for one, had a very special Christmas this year. Looking back at all that has changed in my life this last year, it is incredible to see how big of an effect Christ has had in my life. I think I appreciated this year more than any other year of my life, the gift of the Christ. As I sat in sacrament meeting we listed to the song "There is a Green Hill Far Away". I felt stronger than ever before the Spirit as we sang the words:

There was no other good enough
To pay the price of sin.
He only could unlock the gate
Of heav'n and let us in.

I am so grateful for my Savior. He means everything to me and has made all the difference in my life this year. I have come to truly know that He is my Savior and He really does love me individually. I know that He suffered and died for me, unlocking the gates of heaven so that I too can reach exaltation.

There are good and hard things every day in the mission. To be honest, this week was very very hard. We struggled to find people in their houses and even in the street. Those that we could find were normally drinking or didnt let us share a message with them. But, I know that this next week will be a lot better. We have had our fair share of struggles this change with our investigators, but I KNOW that this change with the Lord on our side, we are going to find somebody who is ready to make a real change. We have several investigators that we have been teaching for several weeks now that still arent keeping their commitments so we are going to have the faith to leave them behind and work with the rest. I know that the people are prepared in this area and we are preparing ourselves to find them and to strengthen and help them accept this gospel. I know that with faith and diligence and obedience our prayers will be answered.

I love being here in the mission. I love having the chance to serve my Heavenly Father and follow in his footsteps. There are struggles every day...but thats what makes us better. The mission is like a refiners fire. It is hard. But it is beautiful ❤
I love you all and hope that you have a wonderful wonderful new year! I will see you in 2017!!!!!!!
